The Pi Network pitch
A brand pitch delivered as a film, made to be watched instead of clicked through.
A robot running from a T. rex, which turns out to be a film shoot. A launch film for Pineapple, a crypto exchange I built and exited, built around its lore and its yellow robot.
It opens letterboxed like a blockbuster, then pulls back to show the crew and the boom mics, with the robot and the T. rex sitting in director's chairs between takes. From there it cuts action set pieces against life on set: explosions and a skydive, then the extras tent, the catering truck and the robot plugged into an EV charger.
The movie moments run full frame and the set moments sit inside a camera viewfinder, so you always know which side of the camera you're on. It ends on "It's Not What You Think", then "It's So Much Better."
